Job Description

Title: Business Development - Inside sales - Cold calling

Exp: 2 - 6 years

Location: Hyderabad(remote option available)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, inbound lead follow-ups and through emails.
  • Ability to use LinkedIn and other professional networking sites for finding and connecting with prospects.
  • Ability to schedule appointments with C-Level, VP and IT Director level
  • Cold calling into prospect accounts to generate new leads and business
  • Can able to generate a minimum of 4 leads per month
  • Deep understanding on Oracle or Microsoft services
  • Manage and update contact and account records in Salesforce
  • Always maintain a healthy Pipeline
  • Maintain and expand the database of the prospects.


  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Good in Inside Sales Experience
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Excellent listening skills and an energetic phone presence
  • Prior ERP, Cloud, Application Development sales experience
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM
  • Sales driven and ambitious professional with an existing network of potential clients
  • Highly customer-focused, eye for detail and problem-solving skills
