Title: Technical Development Manager
Exp: 8 - 10+ years

Location: Hyderabad(Remote Option available)

Software Dev
•.Net C#
•SQL Server
•Data Modeling (OLTP and OLAP)
•Web Service/MicroService
•API Design/Development
•Basic Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes
•Azure Pipelines, cloud proficient
•Technical Lead for Product Deployed to Azure
•Technical Leadership for product with a Service Bus or Messaging Layer

Code Management
•Git repository experience
•Thorough understanding of branching and merging strategies
•Technology: GitHub

•Experience managing teams using automated testing tools (functional, load, and unit)
•Technology: Selenium & NUnit

Dev Automation
•Experience building an automated build process with automated test integration and automated deployment
•Technology: Azure DevOps

Dev Methodologies
•Technology: Jira

Soft Skills
•Excellent communication skills. Ability to clearly communicate in English. Ability to facilitate open and effective communication, within the development team and to onshore team members and leadership.
•Excellent teamwork and organizational skills. Ability to organize and run a team. Ability properly split the work that needs to be done and to combine individual strengths and skills towards a common goal.
•Ability to effectively lead a team and foster workplace collaboration. Ability to encourage and inspire team members to take initiative through leading by example, coaching, and filtering unnecessary distractions. Ability to delegate work in a way that promotes a sense of ownership and motivates the team.
•Comfortable with lots of decision making. Ability to help team when decisions need to be made such as a final call on some discussion they have been having, decision to use a specific tool, decision to refactor now or later, need to estimate bugs or how to prioritize bugs, any small issues, or discussions that the team will look to the manager for a direction or answer daily basis. Ability to make these calls when required and be fair and reasonable and back up their decision and keep team moving forward.
•Ability to identify and solve problems. Ability to recognize that a problem exists, identify the problems root cause, define a plan of correction, and ability to make the decision to move forward on implementing the solution.
